Capital
Funding from the equity development fund, sized to the plan — not to a pitch deck.
BuyIt Ventures is an equity development firm. Our fund creates and backs new companies by partnering with people who are already experts in their space — then gives them the structure a business needs to last.
A typical investor writes a check and waits. We don't. The equity development fund puts capital into a company and stays inside the work of building it — setting up the entity, the systems, the brand, and the back office alongside the operator.
Our partners range across home services, food service, entertainment, software, and real estate. The industries differ; the problem is the same. People who are excellent at a trade rarely have the time, money, or appetite to also become an accountant, a marketer, a software buyer, and a landlord.
A venture has to be worth building and worth the return it aims for. We hold both standards at once: the work has to be good, and the economics have to make sense.

Bookkeeping, entity setup, contracts, payroll, and the administrative work that buries most new owners.
Naming, identity, web, content, and social — handled by people who do it every day.
Booking, payments, CRM, and reporting set up from day one, so the business runs on systems instead of memory.
Help finding, financing, and fitting out the physical space a business needs to operate.
Founders across different industries who have solved problems you are about to meet.
We build the shared foundation once and reuse it. A system that works for one company is ready for the next.
Lessons learned in one business become the starting point for another. Over time the firm becomes a group of businesses aligned by shared values and shared resources, and every new partner joins something that already works.
You tell us what you know and what you want to build. We listen for expertise, care, and whether the idea can stand on its own.
Together we work out the economics: what it costs to open, what it earns, and how long it takes to get there. If the numbers don't work, we say so.
We agree on ownership, roles, and the plan. Every partnership is structured case by case, around what the business and the operator actually need.
You run the work. We stand up everything around it — capital, entity, systems, brand, and back office.
We grow the company toward one of two outcomes: a future exit, or a long-haul investment in the core idea.
We scale every operation toward one of two outcomes. Some companies are built to be sold — we grow them to the point where a buyer pays for what was built, and the operator shares in that sale.
Others are worth keeping. We hold those as long-haul investments in the core idea, reinvest in them, and let the returns compound for everyone with a stake.
We decide which path a company is on together, and we say it out loud early.
If you have already started a business in your field — or you know you should — we want to hear from you.
